RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns on items unless they are received damaged. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will process your replacement immediately and with no shipping charge.

We do not offer refunds.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and will be issued in the form of store credit. Shipping costs to return the item(s) to Spellbound Sister is to be paid by the customer and must include a tracking number.
