Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days with the exception of preorder items, orders placed on weekends and holidays. Please note that due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, order processing may take longer than normal.

We offer USPS First Class and Priority shipping options. Average delivery time is 3–5 business days. 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information. 

Once your order is shipped it is beyond our control and Spellbound Sister is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or delivery issues regarding a wrong address. Please double check your address at the time of placing your order to avoid this issue. 

If your package says it has been delivered but you can not locate it, please contact your local USPS first. 

 

PRE ORDERS

Pre orders will have the expected ship date in the product description.  If you readily available items along with preorder items, your order will not ship until all items are available. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. 

International Shipping 

At this time we only offer USPS Priority Mail International shipping option. Priority Mail International has an average delivery time of 6–10 business days and includes tracking. 

The customer is responsible for any customs fees due at the time of import. If a package goes unclaimed, we're not obligated to process a refund. 

Currently only offer international shipping to The United Kingdom, Canada and Mexico.
